Students meet regularly to hear speakers in the various fields represented in the department, to work on community service projects, and take leadership roles.

A membership fee of $10.00 per semester is required to be considered an active member of the AFCS student club. We encourage all FCS and FCSE majors to join and welcome any NMSU student interested in our association.
